These terms apply to all SEO retainer engagements with Ezyrank Ltd

ENGAGEMENT
All work is scoped in writing before commencement. Paul Foulkes is the sole point of contact and the person who performs all SEO work on your account.

PAYMENT
30 days in advance payment to start any seo or GBP work.

CANCELLATION
30 days written notice to paul@ezyrank.com

WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR WORK
All content, reports, and access credentials produced during your engagement remain yours. We do not retain access to your Google Search Console or Google Analytics after the engagement ends.

NO GUARANTEE OF SPECIFIC RANKINGS
SEO outcomes depend on Google's algorithm, your market, and your competitors. We commit to transparent monthly reporting and to working exclusively in Google's published guidelines. We do not guarantee specific ranking positions.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by New Zealand law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
