Ezyrank Ltd provides intangible SEO services. Once a campaign has commenced and payment has been received, no refund is issued — this is because SEO work (research, on-page changes, link building, reporting) begins immediately on receipt of payment and cannot be reversed.

Before any campaign begins, Paul Foulkes will assess your website and tell you honestly whether Ezyrank can help you. If we do not believe we can deliver results for your business, we will say so before you pay anything.

If you have a concern about your campaign's progress, contact Paul directly on +64 21 129 2607. We resolve all client concerns personally — not through a ticketing system.

CANCELLATION: You may cancel your retainer at any time with Paul within 30 days of written notice. No further payments will be taken after the notice period ends.
